Microsoftは10月2日(米国時間)、「Windows Server 2019」および「Windows 10 October 2018 Update」の一般提供を開始しました。

Windows Server 2019ではKubernetesやWindows Subsystem for Linux(WSL)のオフィシャルサポート、Windows Defenderの改善、Windows 10からの機能ポーティングなどが含まれています。またWindows 10におけるエンタープライズ関連のアップデートとしてはWSL関連のサポート拡張のほか、iOS / Androidとのアプリケーション同期などスマートフォン対応が強化されています。
